CC-One Provisioning Server
CC-One is a lightweight middleware server that centrally manages data to be synced from your ContactCenter server with the agents. It interacts with your dialer database to push following information to agents when they login to the softphone:
- Agent’s Active Campaign(s)
- Popup preferences
- Recording Preferences
- Disposition Preferences
The integration of CC-One with your ContactCenter Server is provided as part of offering, without any extra cost.
Administrator can manage following attributes for operations:
- Popup Mode-Inbound/Outbound/Blended
- Popup URL-Inbound/Outbound/Blended
- Call Recording Enabled
- Call Recording File Format
- Call Recording File Push Frequency (Hours/On-demand)
- Call Disposition Options and more
C-One is not mandatory to run the application. With an easy to use integration manual, changes can be made in your Dialer Server to host preferences options to agents on login.
